Starting life as a mash made up of 36% wheat, 61% and 3% malted barley, this Bourbon was aged in traditional Charred American White Oak barrels for 4 years.
When we dumped the barrels the proof of the bourbon was 115 proof (57.5% ABV). We bottled a portion at this barrel strength, then proofed the rest down to 90 proof (45% ABV). Purchase online below.
