Whiskey²
Whiskey² is whiskey aged and matured using the innovative SQUARREL Barrels. These Barrels allow BFD to create an incredibly unique Whiskey, building on the traditional charred American White Oak flavor with exotic woods. These exotic woods make drinking our Whiskey varieties a smooth and complex experience.
Starting life as a corn sour mash, this Whiskey matured on Charred American White Oak, before finishing with Hickory and American Red Oak.
Nose: Caramel Corn, Sweet Vanilla Cream
Palate: Flavor waves of Caramel, Vanilla Custard, smoky Oak, light Anise and a faint hint of evergreen.
Finish: Mid-palate spice, Toasted Oak, Maple, Dark Cherry, Tobacco
Starting life as a corn sour mash, this Whiskey matured on Charred American White Oak, before finishing with Amburana (a tree native to parts of South America).
Nose: Buttered Corn, Apple Struesel and Cinnamon sugar sweetness
Palate: Sweet Balance of Vanilla and Honey with hints of tropical fruits.
Finish: Toasted Oak dryness, White Pepper trailing in to Brown Butter sweetness
Starting life as a corn sour mash, this Whiskey matured on Charred American White Oak.
Nose: Sweet Corn, Butterscotch, mild grassy notes
Palate: Vanilla, Stone Fruits, orange marmalade, hint of sage and spice
Finish: Sweet and oily, with echoes of cloves and white pepper
Starting life as a corn sour mash, this Whiskey matured on Charred American White Oak, before finishing with Yellow Birch and Mongolian Oak
Nose: Dark Caramel, Stewed Fruit sweetness and Toffee.
Palate: Layered flavors of Buttered Toffee, Chocolate covered Espresso beans, baking spices.
Finish: Earthy, hints of Leather, Cinnamon and Oak spice.

Our Single Barrel Release - are small batch limited edition releases. Be quick to secure your bottle.
Starting life as a corn sour mash, this Whiskey matured in traditional Charred American White Oak barrels. This release is from barrels 2 and 3.

Our Vodka is Smooth and comes in a beautiful customized bottle, that’ll look great on your shelf or in your bar.
